About

Who We Are

SFF Soccer was founded by three friends Aidan O’Sulllivan, John Flood and Conor Farrell who share a deep love for the game of soccer. Growing up in Ireland, all it took was a knock on a mate’s door to gather a gang for a match. No one kept track of time—those marathon games, with epic scores, only ended when darkness finally forced us off the field.

But after moving to San Francisco, chasing the game became a challenge. Work, life, and the endless hunt for teams, fields, and permits made it harder to just play. Too few fields have to be shared among all the city’s recreational activities.

Like all the best ideas, this one was born over a few scoops. The three of us decided to take matters into our own hands—building our own fields and running our own leagues. In 2013, the ground was broken, the turf was laid, the lights went up, and Sullivan Flood Farrell (SFF) Soccer  came to life.

The fields at Mission Bay have given back more than we imagined. It is the laughter, the joy, the goal celebrations, the skills, the last-ditch tackles, the missed kicks, the post-match dissection of the game, and the friendships that make SFF Soccer.

We can’t wait to meet you on the fields!

What We Offer

At SFF Soccer we specialize in recreational soccer leagues for players of all standards, from beginners to seasoned soccer players. We host a variety of leagues for women, men, coed, and corporate teams. Each league has different divisions to suit all players which creates a fun yet competitive atmosphere.

We not only run some of the best leagues in the Bay Area but we also rent out our fields to private parties/events.

Along with our adult leagues we also run a kids’ soccer program. SFF Soccer Juniors is a soccer based program for kids, ages 18 months – 6 years, which aims to get your little one out on the field having fun while learning the basics of soccer.
